About Sahali Housing Co-operative

Established in 1982, Sahali Housing Co-operative
is the largest housing co-op in Kamloops,
providing 60 homes across 10 buildings on an acre
of land, adjacent to a community garden.
Our co-op offers two-, three-, and four-bedroom units, including four accessible units, ensuring a range
of housing options for our members.

We are committed to fostering a close-knit, supportive community, making Sahali a welcoming and inclusive place to call home.

Who Are Sahali Co-op Families?

Sahali Housing Co-operative is home to a diverse community of families, couples, singles, and seniors. Our members take pride in maintaining our buildings and grounds and actively contribute through volunteering to support and strengthen our co-op community.

Sahali Housing Co-operative offers beautifully maintained, affordable townhomes in a family-friendly community complete
with a children’s playground.

As one of three co-operative communities in Kamloops,
British Columbia, we provide 60 Cape Cod-style homes
ranging from two to four bedrooms, including four accessible
two-bedroom units.

Bathrooms: One per unit
Laundry: Washer and dryer hookups
Parking: One stall per unit (additional stall available upon request)
